Archway Events has pleasure in presenting the following package for the above activity. Please find below the relevant information you require, based on a minimum of 30 people :-
- All your party members would receive an official invitation
- 9:30am - Arrive at Mid Norfolk Shooting School, Taverham Road, Norwich, Norfolk
- Private use of the Clubhouse and facilities
- Tea / coffee & Biscuits upon arrival
- Bar facilities in the clubhouse - Either cash or an account
- 10:00am - Short introduction to shooting, gun safety and general arrangements for the day
- 10:30am - Groups of 5 or 6 - Practice round of sporting targets under ‘group’ supervision by a qualified instructor - 50 cartridges & 50 clays, per person
- 12:15pm - Light lunch of a homemade finger buffet
- 1:30pm - In the same, or different groups of 5 or 6, further simulated sporting targets which will be turned into a small competition between the party. (High Tower, low / medium sporting targets) - again 50 cartridges & 50 clays, per person
- 4:30pm - Presentation of prizes in the clubhouse
- Highest score (afternoon only) :-
1st prize - A pair of ‘top of the range’ Tenaya walking boots
2nd prize - A pair of Simmons binoculars
3rd prize - A stainless Steel Hip Flask
Lowest score - 4 china game birds coffee mugs - 5:00pm - B-B-Q
- 12oz Steak, Baked Potato, Selection of Salads, French Stick
- Selection of Deserts
- Tea / Coffee
- 7:30pm’ish - Depart Clubhouse
- The services of a dedicated hospitality manager to chaperone your guests throughout the event will be provided that you receive the highest possible standards of service and attention
