AN EVENING AT NEWMARKET RACES - 2010

Archway Events is delighted to present its ultimate race package enabling you to enjoy the 'Sport of Kings' at the home of racing - Newmarket.

Starting the day with a luxury meal at a prestigious local hotel with guest appearance by Bob Champion MBE, and then on to the convivial atmosphere of the Premier Enclosure for a little flutter and maybe a glass of champagne.

This is truly the ideal hospitality package for parties of a minimum of 40 people.

Available dates throughout the flat racing season are as follows :-

Package includes :-

• Official invitations to all your party members
• Approx 2:30pm, arrive at the Bedford Lodge Hotel, Bury Road, Newmarket
• Private drinks reception in the Classic's Suite or the Lounge Bar
• Full colour souvenir menu / programmes for all of your guests
• Close-up Magician (Additional cost)
• Free 'Pick a Winner' competition to win £50 of M&S vouchers
• Sporting Memorabilia Prize Raffle with donations going to two named charities
• Bob Champion, MBE will attend the reception and then offer his insights, thoughts and maybe even a few tips for the day of racing ahead
• A pre-carved buffet will be served, menu below :-

• Leave the Hotel, by coach if required, 30 minutes before the first race approx 6:30pm
• All your party will receive a Day Members Badge and Race Card
• Enjoy the evenings racing from within the comfort of the Member Enclosure
• A private marquee may be made available at the racecourse with bar and tote facilities
• 10 minutes after the last race a live band will perform from the Members Grandstand
• Bars close 30 minutes after the band has finished, at which time we will depart the racecourse and return to the Hotel
• The services of a dedicated hospitality manager to chaperone your guests throughout the event will be provided in order that you receive the highest possible standards of service and attention
