Archway Events is delighted to present its ultimate race day package enabling you to enjoy the 'Sport of Kings' at the home of racing - Newmarket.

Starting the day with a luxury meal at a prestigious local hotel with guest appearance by Bob Champion MBE, and then on to the convivial atmosphere of the Premier Enclosure for a little flutter and maybe a glass of champagne.

This is truly the ideal hospitality package for parties of a minimum of 40 people.

  • Leave the Hotel, by coach if required, 30 minutes before the first race approx 2:00pm
  • All your party will receive a Day Premier Badge and Race Card
  • Enjoy the days racing from within the comfort of the Premier Enclosure
  • A private ‘box’ may be made available on the Rowley Mile racecourse with bar and tote facilities or a private ‘marquee’ on the July racecourse (see prices below)
  • Bars close 30 minutes after the last race at which time we will depart the racecourse and return to the Hotel
  • The services of a dedicated hospitality manager to chaperone your guests throughout the event will be provided in order that you receive the highest possible standards of service and attention
